💐Blue Strapless Dress

Great navy blue, strapless dress! Sits above the knee. Ruffled or rouched, nice form fitting. Top is lightly padded, I did NOT need a bra, which is always a plus! 😉 The inside is missing one of the plastic straps to hang it from, otherwise this dress is in like new condition! Worn once!
