The cotton blend romper has a bishop style neckline trimmed in a matching ruffled hem, creating a petite flutter sleeve. The smocking is done with a lattice design embroidery in light blue. Embroidered flowers in shades of blue, pink and yellow adorn the smocking. The leaves are done in a green threading. The back of the neckline mirrors the front embroidery design.
