This Little Romper by Luli & Me is just precious. It is done in a pale blue gorgeous hue! The cotton blend romper has a bishop style neckline trimmed in a matching piping. The shoulders are done in a smocked, narrow cap sleeve. Three Chevron embroidered borders done in White, adorn the shoulders. A blue Satin ribbon bow is placed where the lattice and accordion smocking join- Super Cute!!
