This Little Girl's Blue Dress is Gorgeous! The dress is done by Luli & Me, a high-end children's apparel. The dress is done in polished cotton/poly blend. The neckline has a matching ruffled collar with pink feather stitched embroidery. The bodice is fully smocked and has a lattice design embroidery. Scalloped two-toned embroidered borders have lovely pink and green floral details. The bottom of the skirt has two rows of pin tucks that continue to the back. Short sleeves gather at the shoulder and have a simple, tailored style. Size 2T has a tie-back sash and size 24 months has a belted sash. Dress is lined.
