Gorgeous blue silk dress with a super cute folkloric print and blue velvet detailing by Anna Sui. The fabric is silk with a polyester liner, it has a high neckline and ruching at the bust, the waist is tapered, the sleeves have a slight flared end and the skirt has a flare with a ruffled bottom, it zips up the back and it’s lined in a sheer polyester. This dress is high quality and so fun, it’s in very good condition. The tag bugged me so I removed it.
