Blue Scoopneck Dress W/ Detailed Stitched Neckline

Lightweight blue spaghetti strap dress. Has a great stitched neckline and flattering elastic waist. Front neckline comes up higher than the back- see photos. Great for work or day/night out- can be dressed up or down.
