Condition of scarf is pre-owned in excellent condition. Chicken feathers are collected during shedding season from our farm raised Polish Top Hat chickens. No birds are injured or harmed in the collection of the feathers. Feathers are hand twined and sewn to fringe edge. Naturally beautiful.
