Blue Ruffled Summer skirt

Worn maybe once or twice. Blue ruffled skirt with white and pinstripe black strip pattern, slit in each ruffle up the front to add a little fun flirty kick. Not lined, bow is attached but can be untied and and tied in back. No tags in waist. Measurement shown in picture best for large.
