Blue Ruffled Layer Dress 3/4 Sleeve BCBGeneration

Blue dress with ruffled layer and 3/4 sleeves by BCBGeneration. Tiers of printed chiffon-like ruffles have unfinished edges and give this dress a "feathery" look. Top part is solid blue, the tiers are printed in different shades of blue, grey, black, and brown, side zipper. Shell and lining are 100% polyester, contrast is 95% rayon and 5% spandex. Size 8, measures about 15.5 inches across from armpit to armpit but has some stretch due to the spandex fabric content, and about 33 inches in length
