Blue Ruffle Neck Tee

Kenar brand short sleeve tee with ruffles around neckline. Small hole near brand label as shown in pic 3. Missing size tag but fits like a Medium. Measurements are: 16.5” from arm pit to arm pit x 24.5” long from shoulder to hem. Very soft material. Has some stretch.
