Blue Rhinestone Decorative Scarf/Neck/Wrap Accessory

I am not certain what this would be called but you wear it around your neck. It is long enough that you can either tie it, wrap it or leave it hang. It is stretchy width direction but not stretched it is 3 inches wide with 6 inch fringe on either side and covered in rhinestones. The total length without the fringe is 65 inches long, with the fringe it is 71 inches long approximately. Never worn but no tags
