Blue Retro Tie Strap High Waist Leggings

I'm obsessed with these! Sky blue retro sort-of-80s style leggings. Featuring a very high waist with a u-shaped cutout and long ties! NWOT. L 39” W 23-29” H 32-38” Super stretchy, some give on the measurements. I'm in last pic wearing M (21-27.5" waist). I wear size 3 & 29-30" waist.
