Blue & Red Wet Graffiti Print Maxi Skirt

This skirt is really fun! I bought it but never got around to wearing it. The colors are so vibrant & pretty. The blue part like it has little water droplets and I really like the part that looks like graffiti to me. So cool. Elastic waist, lots of stretch.
