Blue Rain fleece vest

Excellent condition very thick and warm for going out or around the house. It measures 25 inches long in the front and 27 1/2 inches in the back. It is 21 inches across the chest. It says dry clean only but I feel that you could potentially hand wash this or put it in a light cycle in a mesh bag.
