Hi, is this waterproof? What are the measurements?

@toki7 hi! I’m not sure if it’s technically water proof or water resistant but when I’ve worn it in the rain it’s always kept me dry and warm. From armpit to armpit it measures approx 21”, and the length from the shoulder is approx 24.5”. Let me know if I can help with anything else!
