Blue Rain Black Dress with Cutouts Size X-Small

Reposhing this item I purchased from @goodconscience. Worn twice, but it was listed as a Small, and it’s actually an XS, and is a tiny bit tighter than I would like. Fabric has slight stretch to it and it’s in good condition. Let me know if you have questions or would like measurements! 😊
