Blue RETHM+ 2XL Sheath-style dress with great pleated ruffle details-New, never

I love this dress but never ended up wearing it before I retired, and now am unlikely to have an even to wear it to! Tag still on. Fully-lined. The ruffle is a unique pleated style around the hem and sleeves. Sleeves are 3/4 length. Pleat in the back. 38 inches from neckline to the pleated, curved hem. I would say it is a snug 2XL as you can see in the photos and videos.
