@jessica09150399 hi! The waist lying flat is about 11 inches when not stretched, and about 19 inches when stretched. This pair has wonderful stretch! This measurement is taken just on the front while lying flat! The inseam is about 3.5-4 inches! Thank you so much for your interest!
