Blue Open-Front Women's Sweater from Nordstrom size XS

Stay cozy and stylish with this elegant blue open-front sweater. Perfect for layering, it features a soft knit design and convenient front pockets. Mix of Merino wool. The sweater is in great condition , but the tag is loose as shown on photo and it affected the other side ( also shown on photo. Very easy to fix though). I might do it if I have time.
