Blue Multicolored Strapless Romper with sleeves

LIKE NEW Worn once on vacation in Maine (pictured) and haven’t worn since. Probably more like a beach cover-up as it is high on the thighs. Definitely fits best on someone 5’ or shorter, otherwise I think it would give you a wedge! 😅 unless you have a shorter torso than it might work. VERY comfortable, soft material.
