This skirt is a gorgeous blue color and is Chambray fabric. Chambray gives the appearance of denim, but is not actually denim. The skirt is 29" long and is not stretchy fabric (60 poly, 40 rayon). Skirt has deep scoop pockets on both sides. Skirt has stretchy waistband, faux buttons, and ties at the waist. Please see size chart for sizing info.
