This Feltman Brothers Dress in Vintage Baby Blue is Beautiful and a RARE FIND- Dress is no longer produced in Blue. The Vintage style has lovely pleats with dainty French Lace inlays across the entire front. The center four pleats are adorned with sweet white floral embroidered accents. The Peter Pan collar is trimmed in the same delicate lace. Short puff sleeves gather leaving a ruffled hem. Mirrored pleats adorn the back of the dress. Upper button back closure.
