Blue, High-Low Dress

Never worn, NWOT, bright blue dress that features a flattering boat neck and tapered chest. There are no tags, but the size is a medium. The dress comes in at the hips and then creates a beautiful skirt that is perfect for twirling! The bottom of the dress is also longer in the back than the front, but not by much.
