This Boys Blue Heirloom Romper is Gorgeous, Heavenly Sweet! The romper is done in a cotton/poly blend for easy care. The Peter Pan Collar is trimmed in a white embroidered ladder stitch. An embroidered scalloped, dotted garland done in white, adorns both sides of the collar. 2 groups of tiny hand-stitched Pintucks are placed in the center of the chest. Between the groups is a hand-faggoted inlay done in white stitching & has vertical scalloped white dot garlands on each side, matching collar details. Narrow pleats start at the shoulders on both side and extend down to the legs. The pleats have a "pass through" for the matching belt, a very unique feature. The belt buttons in the front. Embroidered white belt loops in back hold belt in place. Short sleeves are cuffed and have white embroidery, matching the collar trim.
