Blue Heather Tunic/High-Low Trapeze Dress by A La Tzarina size XL

Super comfortable tunic/dress size XL. Brand is A La Tzarina. 96% cotton and 4% spandex-material has a little "give" to it. Material is lightweight-great for a hot day. Hangs a little longer in back than front. I only wore once-washed and hung dry-no longer fits me. Measured laying flat. Color is a little bit of a darker blue than picture shows. Pit to pit-18. Top of shoulder to bottom hem in back-35. Neck to hem in back at longest point 38 1/2. Nice piece for the summertime.
