Adorable and flattering blue Hawaiian floral dress. Bought in Maui on vacation. Can be worn as a mini dress or swim cover up. Slips on overhead. Front layers can be tied around the bust into a bow at the back for a more fitted look or left loose for a flowy, layered look. Size is large but id say it runs small. Slips on overhead.
