Blue, green, purple abstract swirl collar blouse vintage 80s/90s By Express before they were a mainstream brand and had more adventurous clothes. This is from 1989-1992 based on the tag. Flowy fit. V neck and collar. Surprisingly no shoulder pads. Sleeves are a bit wide/open, not quite bell sleeves but loosey goosey. Very Dee-lite groove is in the heart vibes. Sheer, I’m wearing a navy cami underneath No size tag but listing as medium based on measurements and fit. I’m 5’6”, 116 lbs here and it’s a bit roomy. Only “flaw” is teeeeeeny hole in back right upper shoulder. Not noticeable or damaging.
