Blue Formal dress clutch and brooch David's Bridal

Lovely blue dress that was worn once when I was a bridesmaid. The color is like a bright but also light shade of ocean blue. Called pool. Size 2 but was altered to make straps shorter. Lovely beading with sequins and metallic thread embroidery on straps. Matching purse has a wax stain on the front, some marks on the back, and some discoloration inside. I put a cute blue and silver rhinestone pin on it which is removable. Good for prom, homecoming, formal, holiday.
