New with tags. Unbranded. The dress fits well, seems true to size. I generally wear 8/10 and this fits a bit large on me. It flows nicely, and the fabric feels good - it's not scratchy or stiff! I'm 5'4" and hem touches the floor, barefoot. See pictures for measurements. Total length from top of shoulder to longest point of bottom hem is 62".
