Blue Floral Dress w/ strappy back, size 4P, ASOS. Beautiful dress!

Elegant blue floral dress featuring a strappy back, fully lined, size 4P, by ASOS. The dress color is a cornflower blue with white & blue flowers, green leaves & stems. It's a gorgeous dress! Perfect for any occasion. NWOT. The strap (tie) is very long, in a few of the photos, I've wrapped it around the waist a few times for styling purposes.
