eriibearie @sherhonda_marie generally yes! To give you an idea, I'm about a 28 waist and usually wear between a S/M shirt and I wear these in M! It's also stretchy & the bras have adjustable straps and three clasp settings so you'll get a good fit!

eriibearie @arianneova so the bottoms I believe you'd be fine with medium (I wear a medium and my jeans are around 27-28 inch waist). The top you would be better off with Large! I'd be happy to mix and match the top and bottom sizes for you :)
