Elastic stretch waistband with drawstrings. Not lined. 54% polyester, 38% repreve recycled polyester, 8% elastane. Waist across front 12 1/2 inches. Length 15 1/2 inches. One small stain on front shown in last photo (not super noticeable-will most likely come out in wash). Size small. Brand new with tags.
