Blue Chambray Eastern Print Full Skirt long or‎ gather/cinch sides

STUNNING and UNIQUE Full MIDI to Maxi Skirt Both sides can be cinched up to make a blousy effect and shorten the sides a few inches. No tags, this is just gorgeous. Waist is 29.5 inches flat and NOT stretched out. So I would expect that waist sizes 40-46 Inches could wear this skirt. The last image with a white background shows the skirt laid flat. It’s not a traditional circle shape, it’s like a diamond shape with the blunt ends cut off. (See photo) this is because the longer ends are meant to tie up into a bunched fabric look. Like a very modern and modified 4-square skirt. This is a skirt. There are NO pockets.
