Blue Buttoned Skirt

This whimsical skirt has a button placket closure on the front left side, as well as 2 phone size pockets on the back. Designed and sewn in USA, by me. 100% cotton fabric is twill weave and features a whimsical cartwheel/floral print in vibrant blue. Size S.
