jerseyglam @rachelpowers312 Hi! Sorry Poshmarks policy is no returns/exchanges. I think because the try to promote if it doesn't work out you can resell it on Poshmark and it simplifies things on their end of having to deal with problems. For instance a customer saying they shipped a return back and then the seller saying they haven't receiving it. Hope this makes sense :)
