This is one of my favorite blouses ever and I’ve only worn it about twice, it’s just too tight around the chest for me. It’s a small blouse, really nice velvet material. The arms are ruffled and they go down about 3/4s my arm. It sits rather short so just below my belly button. This is definitely for somebody with a smaller back than me. 😊
