Blu Pepper pants women S, forest green/white polka dots, elastic pullon paperbag

This listing is for one pair of Blu Pepper pants in size women's small. **Please note description and pictures of signs of wear** These pants are forest green with small white polka dots over their entirety. They are wide-leg with a pull-on elastic waist and a decorative tie in the front. The front of the pants is pleated. The waistband is elastic, but the rest of the pants have no stretch. These pants can very easily be dressed up or dressed down, depending on the occasion. No fabric information is included on the tag, but it is a very lightweight, non-lined material without stretch. They sit right around the natural waist, and are 39" from the top of the waistband to the bottom hem. Please note- There are some signs of pulling at the seams on the front top center of these pants, under where the tie can be tied. There is also some pulling at the seams where the decorative tie is sewed on to the front. Some of this same pulling is visible on some of the pleated areas. All of these could feasibly be repaired without much difficulty. Please see pictures of this for details. This pulling is why I have listed the item in "fair" condition. The pants have been washed in scent-free detergent, and ship from a smoke free, pet free home.
