Blu Pepper

This is a really sweet brown dress with little white polka dots on it. It has brown buttons (just decorative) on the front and is a deep V neck. You can wear it with the v neck buttoned or unbuttoned. The back zips closed with a hook eye at the top. The dress has only been worn once. There is a tiny bit of fraying near the hook eyes on the front of the dress, but nothing very noticeable.
