Blouson swim top

Brand new; worn once/twice. No damage; perfect condition. Built in padded shelf bra with adjustable straps. Wide lower band can be placed as high or low as needed. I actually bought this as a summer top but lost weight since last year. It looks great with shorts and sandals. Very silky to the touch.
