Blouse dress Ann Taylor

Cute button-up dress from Ann Taylor. Navy blue with pink and white spots; blue buttons. Only worn twice, it is missing the thin cloth belt (in the same fabric) that it came with, but it doesn’t need a belt since it’s cinched at the waist.
