@di4russell It has a band around the bottom. It's really nice, but I just didn't care for it on me. LOL! Not sure of the length, but I don't like tops that don't cover my tummy so it's long enough to cover everything. I would measure it, but it's packed away at the moment. I'll be happy to pull it and measure before purchase if you're interested in purchasing.
