This is a stunning piece of clothing. It is a cross between a dress and a romper. It is a beautiful white with blue roses all over. The back of the top is smocked and the neckline has a ruffle all the way around. The waist is gathered and comes down into the skirt which is split in the front and allows the skort to be visible. The skirt then angles down the sides and is long in the back. This piece has a very silky feel to it- 98% polyester and 2% spandex. You could wear this piece to weddings, church, and many other spring/summer activities. It is in very nice pre-owned condition.
