Bloomchic 18/20 Blue and White Floral midi Dress

I purchased this dress online new with tags. The sleeves had elastic that was too tight on my arms so I took it out. I have added photos of the sleeves and you can see them in the video. There is a photo from the website where you can see the original elasticized sleeves. The dress has a wrap v-neck with a snap if you need it. It has belts loops for the matching sash belt. It has a lining. Sadly it does not have pockets. Measurements laying flat pit2pit 21” stretches to 25 1/2” Waist 18” stretches to 26” Shoulder to Hem 50” Belt length 95” I love this dress, it reminds me of delftware porcelain or Chinoiserie but my closet is bursting so it needs a new home.
