This listing is for one, brand new with tags elegant black dress by BloomChic. I purchased it for an event, but ended up not being able to attend. I just want to recoup at least close to what I paid. The dress is a maxi length (full length dress). It is black, a size 18-20/2X, and very classic. It features elbow length shirred/ see-through sleeves in a bell shape that feature beautiful flowers (also in black). The dress has a heart-shaped neckline and has flower detailing at the waist. The dress also conveniently features pockets.
