Blondie Nites Black and Blue Mini Dress

Early 2000s/Y2K Blondie Nites by Stacey Ecklar mini dress. Empire waist, black polyester ruched fabric on top with black beaded/sequin detailing (in perfect condition). Skirt is a somewhat ombre turquoise silk material (minor runs on backside—see photos). Strappy open back that ties at back of neck—adjustable, great for different bust sizes. Says size 7, but could fit size 0 to 8 depending on height.
