The tag in the picture says small but the post has Medium for the size. Is this just because it fits big?

oh man, I made a mistake. I bought one and it didn't fit so I bought the next one up or down... I'm thinking I bought the medium and it was too big, so that would be the one I'm selling. I am out of town but can check in a few days.
