This Sassy paci is sure to make a beautiful photo prop, head turning cake topper or just a special keepsake. I only use genuine Swarovski Crystals. Pictures really do no justice to their charm. They nipples are never touched. This is an Avent Pacifier but if you want another brand just let me know. This is a size 0 to 6 months
