@avremel the 40reg is the Navy one. This is a Tollegno 1900 fabric made in Italy. Straight from JCREW Factory. It's a JCREW CROSBY. I JUST noticed whilst prepping for more pics there is a call out on the lining. It's not out wear and tear just that it's a factory sample designers may have been playing around. It is a fixable small scissors. Let me know if I should go ahead and take more pics for you.
