Some of the best leggings out there, however these were originally listed as high waisted but they are not. They are the regular height waist! Very comfy and the perfect amount of light compression, if you have a sensitive C-section site these could be just what you need. However, make sure that you don’t have “mom pooch” higher than your belly button. I have an upper diastasis recti so the one time I tried wearing them they would roll down every time I moved.
