Blackmilk Tartan Punk Orange Skater Kilt

Plaid orange and black “Tartan Punk” skater kilt from BlackMilk. US size 6/Australian size 10 (waistband 14”, length 18.75”). For reference, I have a 28” waist and 38” hips and find it to be slightly big on me (rests in between my waist and hips). Polyester/elastane blend and hand wash only. In excellent condition with no flaws! Comes from a smoke free, cat friendly, low scent home.
